Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Listiq AI (the “Service”), operated by iibsofy Oy (“we”, “us”), a company registered in Finland (business ID 3427417-3, registered address Messipojantie 20, Oulu, Finland). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Listiq AI helps you create vehicle and item listings: it recognises the subject from your photos, enhances the images by replacing only the background, and generates draft listing descriptions and condition notes.

2. Your account

You must provide a valid email and keep your sign-in method (password or magic link) secure.
You are responsible for activity under your account.
Accounts are for the use of the registering individual or business.

3. Your content & acceptable use

You must own, or have the rights to use, every photo you upload.
You retain ownership of your uploaded photos and the enhanced images we return to you.
You grant us a limited licence to process your photos solely to provide the Service (analysis, enhancement, description).
You may not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or attempt to misuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service.

4. AI output — your responsibility to verify

AI can make mistakes. The Service uses automated AI models to recognise subjects, enhance images, and generate condition notes, price guidance (where shown) and descriptions. These outputs are drafts and suggestions only — they may be inaccurate, incomplete, or wrong, and they are not guarantees, valuations, or professional advice.
You must review and verify every AI output before you rely on or publish it. You decide what to keep, edit, or discard. By publishing a result you confirm you have checked it and accept it as your own content.
Enhancements are designed to change only the background and never the vehicle/item itself; however, you remain responsible for confirming that any image you publish accurately represents the actual item, and you must not use the Service to misrepresent or conceal an item’s condition or defects.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of any listing you publish, and for complying with the rules of the marketplace you post to and applicable consumer-protection law.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or other outcomes arising from AI-generated results, or for any decision you make based on them.

5. Your images and content

You confirm you own, or are authorised to use, every photo you upload. You retain ownership of your uploaded photos and of the enhanced images we return to you.
Because the input and the result are your content, you are responsible for how they are used and published. We provide the processing tool; we do not verify, endorse, or take responsibility for the listings you create.

6. Credits, plans & payment

Analysis and descriptions are free; image enhancement uses credits. New accounts include a limited number of free enhancements.
Paid credits, packs and subscriptions are billed via Stripe. Prices are shown before purchase.
Consumed credits are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its software and branding are owned by us. You retain rights to your own content as described in sections 3 and 5.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The Service, including all AI-generated results, is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, AI-generated output. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law (including statutory consumer rights).

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Finland, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer in your country of residence.
