Privacy Policy

This policy explains how iibsofy Oy (“we”, the data controller), a company registered in Finland (business ID 3427417-3, registered address Messipojantie 20, Oulu, Finland), handles personal data when you use Listiq AI. Contact: info@listiqai.com.
1. Data we collect
- Account: email address, display name, password hash (or magic-link tokens), locale.
- Content: photos you upload and the enhanced images, descriptions and condition notes generated from them.
- Billing: plan/credit balance and transactions. Card details are handled by Stripe — we never see or store full card numbers.
- Technical: minimal logs needed to run and secure the Service.
2. How and why we use it (legal bases)
- To provide the Service — recognise the vehicle, enhance images, generate descriptions, manage your account (performance of a contract).
- To take payment and prevent fraud (contract / legitimate interests).
- To secure and improve the Service (legitimate interests).
- For optional marketing only with your consent.
3. Processors we share data with
We use trusted providers who process data on our behalf. Some are outside the EU/EEA; transfers rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

4. Retention
We keep account and listing data while your account is active and as needed for the purposes above or to meet legal obligations. You can delete listings/images, and request deletion of your account, at any time.
5. Your rights (GDPR & international users)
You have the right to access, correct, delete, port, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these, email info@listiqai.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Finland, the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman).
Listiq AI is available worldwide. If you use it from outside the EU/EEA, your data is processed in the EU and you may have similar rights under your local data-protection laws — contact us at the address above and we'll help you exercise them.
6. Cookies & analytics
Essential cookies: a session cookie keeps you signed in. These are required for the Service to work and do not need consent.
Analytics cookies: we use Google Analytics to understand how the Service is used and improve it. Analytics cookies are set only after you accept via our cookie banner. Until you accept — or if you decline — no analytics cookies are stored and no identifiable analytics data is collected (we use Google Consent Mode, which defaults analytics storage to denied). You can decline at any time, and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Passwords are hashed; sign-in links are single-use and short-lived. Access to production data is restricted.
8. Children
The Service is intended for businesses and adults; it is not directed at children.
9. AI-generated and AI-edited images
Several of our tools use generative AI (Google Gemini) to create or edit images: photo enhancement, background scenes, car wrap recolouring, and the wheel visualizer's generative fallback. In line with Article 50 of the EU AI Act:
- Every AI-generated or AI-edited image we deliver carries machine-readable marking — an IPTC DigitalSourceType field embedded in the image metadata — in addition to the model provider's SynthID watermark.
- Wheel renders made by our geometric compositor are photographic composites of your photo and a wheel image; AI is used only to locate the wheels, and those images are not marked as AI-generated.
- Your photos are never used to train AI models.
- If you publish edited images commercially — for example in a vehicle listing — you are responsible for presenting them honestly. EU rules may require you to disclose that an image has been artificially altered.
10. The Listiq AI iOS app
Our iOS app (bundle com.listiqai.app) is covered by this policy. Specifics of the app:
- Device identifier: the app registers an Apple-provided per-app device identifier (identifierForVendor) with our servers. It exists solely so your credit balance survives app reinstalls — Apple cannot restore consumable purchases. It is not an advertising identifier and is never shared or used for tracking.
- Photos: car photos you submit are uploaded to produce your renders and to show them in your in-app garage. You can delete renders in the app. Photos are never used to train AI models.
- Purchases: payment is handled entirely by Apple. We receive the signed transaction to credit your account, never any payment details.
- Optional account linking: the app works without an account; if you link an email, it is used only to carry your credits to a new device.
- No analytics, no third-party SDKs, no tracking in the app.
